This is a short notice covering what cognibuild.com.au does with the information you give us. It's deliberately not a ten-page boilerplate, the site is small and the data flows are simple.
What we collect
The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, company (optional), and a message. That's it. We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server-access logs, including IP address, user agent, and request paths, as part of normal platform operation.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to reply to your enquiry. We don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't share your details with third parties beyond the two services needed to operate the site: Resend, which delivers the email to us, and Vercel, which hosts the site. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own contractual and security commitments.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept indefinitely in our mailbox unless you ask us to delete them. Server logs are retained according to Vercel's platform retention policies, which are short, typically days to weeks rather than months.
Your rights
You can email sales@cognibuild.com.au at any time to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. We handle personal information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
